Delivery & Returns
After Dutchess receives your order, you'll receive an automatically generated e-mail confirmation. Orders can be placed on the webshop and are not binding until Dutchess has confirmed the order by issuing an order confirmation. Shipping costs will be added to your order. Articles will be delivered by POST NL, TNT DPD or DHL. Delivery lead time starts at the moment that Dutchess has received your payment. All orders are fulfilled within 1-3 working days after receiving your payment, most of the deliveries will be the next day. We operate Mon-Fri except for public holidays. In case of a delay, e.g. due to stock availability, we will inform you promptly. Once your order has been shipped we will send you the final confirmation and tracking information for your order via email.
When purchasing from our webshop, Dutchess gives you a 30-days money back guarantee from the day of delivery, not covering shipping costs and additional duties and/or taxes. A return notification should be made within 30 days after you've received the article to: [email protected] Please return the article, undamaged and not worn or washed, with all original labels attached and in its original package. Articles can be exchanged. Shipping and handling are at your expenses and your responsibility. We will not compensate for products that have been lost during shipping
Articles cannot be returned to any other (web)shops that sell Dutchess collections. Only Dutchess articles purchased at the Dutchess webstore can be returned to the Dutchess webstore. Items cannot be exchanged or returned in person at our office address. Items can only be returned per shipment to our webstore address. Please follow the return procedure as stated beneath, otherwise we cannot accept your return. If return information is missing the handling of your return can be delayed.

Clearly state your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, order number and return number. Please fill in your IBAN bank account number. From customers outside The Netherlands we also need the IBAN number, BIC/SWIFT code, and the name, postcode and city of your bank. Please state the same bank account number through which your original payment was made. Send your return shipment to us with a tracking number, to secure delivery. Dutchess can't be held responsible for returned articles lost or damaged during transport. When we've received and checked the returned articles you'll receive a confirmation e-mail with a notice that we have refunded the money. We will refund as soon as possible after receiving your return, with a maximum of 14 days.
PLACING AN ORDER & PAYMENT
You can place an order at our webshop by choosing the product and color, size and material. You can add several products to your basket and adjust the quantity before proceeding to payment. Should a product be temporarily unavailable, we will display this information on the website and you will not be able to order the product. To accomplish your order you will be asked to enter your personal data and payment information. There is no need to set up an account.
You can pay online by PayPal. If you order from a country that is part of the European Union, prices include Dutch VAT at 21%. For all countries outside the EU and USA local charges such as import duties and/ or sales tax may apply. These charges are at your expense and we recommend you to contact your local customs office for more information.
After you have placed your order we will send you a preliminary confirmation via email and normally process your order within 3 business days. We are based in the Netherlands and operate Mon-Fri except for public holidays. In the case of a delay, e.g. due to stock availability, we will inform you by email and if applicable offer to cancel the order. Once your order has been shipped we will send you the final confirmation and tracking information for your order via email.
